Cook for yourselves in the professional kitchen. Sit by the tiled stove as long as you like. Put the bowls in the middle and eat at two long tables, all of you together. No breakfast buffet with a set time.

New Year

New Year's Eve for two is lovely. New Year's Eve for eighteen is something else — when everyone sleeps under one roof, when the kitchen is big enough for everyone who wants to help, and when nobody has to drive anywhere after midnight.
Fireworks are not permitted on the grounds — instead the fire bowl is lit in the garden.
