The Restaurant at The Alpenloge is very warming and welcoming for our guests, with Windows surrounding the whole dining area giving great natural light and boasting wonderful Alpine views in whichever direction you decide to look.
The Restaurant is split into 2 areas, the lounge area where locally built wooden tables await our guests, and the Conservatory which boasts a fantastic view of the Landscape and Kitchen garden.
The lounge area also offers a comfortable seating area for pre dinner drinks, a coffee after dinner or even just quiet reading time in the afternoon.
The cuisine served in the Restaurant is also the theme, The Season, the food is very seasonal and as much as possible locally sourced, We work very closely with local farmers in the area and with fishermant at Lake Constance. Both the Seasonality and Locality of the Produce is very important to our Chef Mark Beastall.
Its all about using products at there best.
The menu also changes daily giving our guests the chance to have a new flavour experience on each day of their stay.
Marks inspiration for the the food he produce from the Kitchen is again the Season, each Season offers a new flavour (or flavours) and each is different and just as exciting.
